Her vital approach to performance is to explores dimensional experiences, integrating sound, space and time.

In 2022, she performed her project < Miragique> at the Ars Electronica Festival in Linz (Austria ) at Deep Space 8K- high resolution 3D space with Interactive laser tracking- presenting piano works by J.P.Deleuze, J. Purgina, K. Sakai, with the visuals generated in real time created by R. Kooshki & V. Ghaderi.

Her other projects include with the video installation by Belgian videographer, Kurt D’Haeseleer which was presented at Bozar (Salle M), Central d’Art Contemporain in Brussels, Osaka, Tokyo , sponsored and supported by the Ministère de la Communauté Française, the Embassy of Belgium in Japan and Flanders Centre for the 150th anniversary of Belgium-Japan friendship.

<REAL X FICTION> created by “Sukebeningen Project”, a presentation of typically Japanese media art with electronic music was performed in Paris at the Festival d’Ars Musica.

Kaoru has been the dedicatee of « The Primeval Atom »(2023) by Jen Pierre Deleuze, « Musique Noire II»(2020) by Julia Purgina, « Empreintes voilées, dépliées » (2019) by Claude Ledoux, the piano Etude No.7 « Comme l’harmonie du soir » (2016) by Kenji Sakai and « REAL X FICTION »(2016) by Noriko Koide.

In 2020, she collaborated with a Portuguese Butoh dancer Maria Reis Lima to give a joint performance at Câmara Municipal de Cascais, Portugal.

Between 2018-2019, she performed concerts for the 150th anniversary of a Portuguese symbolist poet Camilo Pessanha, in Lisbon, Macao, and Tokyo (supported by the Portuguese Embassy in Japan and Instituto Camões).
